I've shipped multiple products over the past year. Here's my process for going from idea to live product.
Week 1: Validate
Don't build anything yet. Talk to people. Post about the problem. See if anyone cares.
Week 2: MVP Design
Simple wireframes. Nothing fancy. I use Figma but paper works too.
Week 3-4: Build
Focus on core functionality only. No nice-to-haves. Ship something that solves the main problem.
Week 5: Launch
Put it out there. Twitter, YouTube, wherever your audience is. Get real feedback from real users.
The Key
Speed matters more than perfection. You'll learn more from one shipped product than ten perfect ideas sitting in your notes app.
