n8n has become one of my most-used tools. It's an open-source workflow automation tool that lets you connect almost anything.
What I Automate
- Social media posting: One workflow takes my YouTube uploads and creates posts for Threads and Instagram.
- Client onboarding: When someone books through Motswana Intelligence, they automatically get a welcome sequence.
- Content repurposing: Long-form content gets broken down into shorter pieces automatically.
Why n8n?
I've tried Zapier, Make, and others. n8n wins for me because:
- Self-hosted option: I control my data
- Complex logic: It handles conditionals and loops better than most
- Developer-friendly: When I need custom code, I can add it
The time I save lets me focus on actual building instead of repetitive tasks.
